Terms of Sale & Guarantee:
By proceeding with our transactions, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all payments made towards the program are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if you do not see any results towards your achieving your goals, we will make a committment to continue working with you for up to an additional 3 months without further cost to you until you start to make solid progress towards achieving the goals initially established.
You further agree to irrevocably waive any right to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your credit card company or any other payment provider regarding this purchase. This agreement is made in full recognition and acceptance of the non-refundable nature of your payment, constituting a binding legal commitment to these terms.
Eligibility for guarantee: All clients who have purchased Crowned With Health, LLC services.
Guarantee timeframe: This gaurantee may be requested and utilized for up to 3 months immediately following the fulfillment of the originally purchased plan.
How to quality for guarantee: Requirements for being able to qualify for this coaching program guarantee includes your demonstration of consistent adherence to the program provided which will be tracked and monitored by your coach throughout the sessions originally purchased. This program’s success is 10% what you learn and 90% what you practice. If you don’t make the commitment and put the effort in, you will not see the results you desire. We’re here to coach, but you have to put in the effort!
Exceptions: To be discussed and decided upon at the discretion of your coach. Circumstances where refunds might not be possible (e.g., digital products, custom orders).
